Right of Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:

We will inform you about the returns to be sent and the amount that will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and at the same exchange rate as your original order; they include originally paid duties and taxes. The refund will be made within 7–10 business days from the receipt of the item at our processing facility.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
We require proof of purchase to honor a refund. If you provide us with your details when contacting us, we usually have proof of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical receipt.
Please include your proof of purchase/invoice with your return package containing the products you wish to return.

Special Circumstances

To protect all our customers and ensure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, or an exchange (even within one year of purchase):

  • "If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods, whichever is the earlier.
  • You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. "
  • However, when it comes to food, we recommend that you report any issues as soon as possible and within 3 days so that we can find a solution. In the event of a later complaint, we may reject the claim if you cannot document at that time that the food was spoiled or defective upon delivery.
