    How shopping on Capalus works:

    Step 1

    1. Ready for collection.

    Once you have completed your order, we ensure that our sellers make your goods available for collection within 24 hours.

    Step 2

    2. Separate shipments.

    Since your goods may come from different countries and different sellers, you may receive them in separate shipments. We ensure that you receive updated information for each package.

    Step 3

    3. Delivery via third-party providers

    After you have booked your delivery via a third-party provider, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your package from collection from the seller to your address.  

     

    Important Note:

    If your order contains goods from multiple countries, please note that packages may arrive at different times, even if they are ready for collection at the same time. For example, tobacco orders usually have a longer delivery time as they are shipped from Bulgaria, where taxes – and thus prices – are the lowest in the EU. You will receive all this information by email as soon as you have completed your purchase at Capalus.
