    How shopping at Capalus works:

    Step 1

    1. Ready for pickup.

    Once you have completed your order, we ensure that our sellers have your goods ready for pickup within 24 hours.

    Step 2

    2. Separate shipments.

    Since your goods may come from different countries and different sellers, you might receive them in separate shipments. We ensure that you receive updated information for every package.

    Step 3

    3. Delivery via third-party provider

    After you have booked your delivery via a third-party provider, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package from pickup at the seller to your address.

    Important Note:

    If your order contains goods from multiple countries, please note that packages may arrive at different times, even if they are ready for pickup at the same time. For example, tobacco orders usually have a longer delivery time as they are shipped from Bulgaria, where taxes – and thus prices – are the lowest in the EU. You will receive all this information by email as soon as you have completed your purchase at Capalus.
